JET Enterprises has formed a strategic partnership with the top two immunization providers in the country. As with any of our partnerships, JET proactively seeks to identify opportunities that bring value to all parties involved. The Flu Shot Program sponsored by JET Enterprises is introduced to potential clients at the beginning of each year to optimize the time for them in marketing the opportunity to their contacts. To participate in this program, JET has the immunization providers directly contract with venues where large volumes of people congregate. Examples of typical venues include, fitness facilities, faith-based organizations, employers (with 250 employees or greater), senior centers, and community enters. Minimum participation requirements to be considered for the program consist of a 250-member or employee organization with a minimum sign-up of 50 for the Flu Shot Program.
How the program works:
Flu shot programs typically run 4-6 hours and are scheduled between October 1st and December 15th once the venue is accepted. The immunization provider will manage all scheduling and coordination.
The immunization provider supplies on-line marketing materials that include posters, flyers and e-mail promotional messages that can be used to create awareness for the Flu Shot Program. The host site is not required to spend any out-of-pocket money to create marketing materials. Rather, the host site becomes responsible for posting the promotional materials provided by the immunization company in high-traffic areas.
The immunization provider provides staffing, flu vaccines and all necessary equipment to administer the program on the day of the event.
The immunization provider will bill insurance companies or collect a $25 fee on the day of the event if the participant’s insurance does not cover the cost of the flu shot
